Bread Puding

Ingredients

2 cups milk

2tbsp butter

1/2 cup sugar

1tsp cinnamon (grounded)

1/4 tsp salt

1 egg

2 egg whites

6 cups dry bread cubes (8 slices)

1/2 cup raisins chopped

  1. Heat milk and butter.
  2. Add together sugar, cinnamon, salt, egg and egg whites.
  3. Mix in bread cubes and raisins.
  4. Stir in milk mixture.
  5. Bake in casserole dish, use waterbath method for 40-45 minutes at 180oC.
