Udang Masak Lemak

  • 1 kg udang dibersihkan ( udang yang besar – besar, kalau kecik tak suit~)
  • 1 biji tomato dibelah 4
  • 2 packet kelapa parut di perah bersama 3 mangkuk air; asingkan santan pekat dan santan cair
  • 3 keping asam keping, rendam
  • to be blend :
    • 2cm kunyit hidup
    • 10 biji cili padi
    • 2 batang serai

Cara :

  1. Letak sume bahan dalam periuk except santan pekat. Boil them.
  2. Then masukkan santan pekat.

*no oil is needed. just lebur je sume.
