Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients


Cake :

2 cups superfine flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate

[sift flour + baking powder + soda bicarbonate, 3 times]

140g butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs

Chocolate Liquid :

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp coffee oil
1 cup plain water
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

* Bancuh semua bahan hingga hancur. Tapis dan simpan dalam peti ais selama 5 minit.
Method:

1. Pukul gula dan butter sampai putih.
2. Masukkan telur  one at a time.
3. Masukkan chocolate liquid alternately with flour; beginning and ending with flour.
4. Bake at 200oC for 40 minutes ( round tin 24 cm)
The Chocolate Fudge:

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup castor sugar
1 tsp coffee oil
1/2 cup cornflour
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
140g butter
