Spaghetti Sos

  • 1 botol besar sos Spaghetti Fresh Mushrooms
  • 1 tin sos spaghetti cheese + herb
  • 1 tin kecil tomato puree
  • 2 tin mushroom button, belah 2 atau 4
  • 1 bawang besar, potong dadu
  • 3 bawang putih, potong dadu
  • 2tbsp freshcly grounded black pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 kg ground meat
  • 3/4 (botol spaghetti) air masak
  • garam
  • gula

Cara :

  1. Panaskan minyak, goreng ground meat hingga berubah warna dari merah ke grey. Toskan.
  2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang – bawang.
  3. Masukkan black pepper.
  4. Masukkan ground meat.
  5. Masukkan semua sos, tomato puree, air masak, mushroom.
  6. Masukkan garam dan gula.
  7. Masak dalam api sederhana hingga pekat.
